What do I actually get for
$199?
We will present your credentials and resume to all of the categories for
which you qualify. In most cases, this will be at least 2000 recruiters and
recruiting firms and our average presentations are over 2,500. Once this is
completed, which can take up to 48 hours (M-F), we will send you confirmation.
At that point, you should start receiving emails and phone calls from many of
these recruiters discussing opportunities with you.
If needed, we will tweak your resume to make sure that it
is in a format that most recruiters and companies prefer. If your
resume is changed, we will send you a copy when your presentation is made.
Why wouldn’t I just
want to put my resume on all of the free sites on the internet?
Exposure is the name of the game when you are actively
looking for a new position. I will go out on a limb and say that every
company in the US knows at least one of the recruiters to which we present, and therefore
most, if not all, of the top positions currently available today, and in the future, will
be worked by them.
Why would I want
to use EmploymentMaker.com instead of some other firm that may charge less?
You normally get what you pay for, and our personal service,
and the attention we give to each submission, is not matched anywhere. We are
definitely internet oriented, but not to a point of automatic systems and
controls that take care of this for us. We personally handle each individual,
and personally present them to the right recruiters and firms.
Your cost is $199. If you are presented to 2000 recruiters
and firms, that is approximately 10 cents per presentation. Keep in mind that you are not
being presented to just any recruiting firm. You are being presented to
specialist that place candidates with your credentials and want to see your
information. We don’t just throw your information in the wind and hope that
someone will pick it up.
What if I am
working and want to test the market to see if I can find a better position, but
want to keep my search confidential?
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee confidentiality due to
the vast number of submissions that we do for you, but the professional
recruiting firms should keep your information in confidence if you request us to
tell them to do so.
Do you have any
companies that you submit my information to directly?
No, and the reason for this is that the recruiters would
not want to see your credentials if the companies that they are charging to
place you with were getting your resume from us. There would not be any need
for their services and they would not want us to send your resume to them.
What do I do when I have
multiple interviews and offers?
This is what you want from our service!
I will say you need to keep a note book or document on your
computer with all of the firms/names/contact information that contact you and
the positions they discuss with you.
Then keep a calendar of the phone and face to face
interviews and schedules.
Make sure that you give the recruiters additional contact
information if you have more than is on your resume.
What type of payment do you
prefer?
That is strictly up to you and we will take all forms of
payment.
The quickest way is the on-line payment through PayPal® or
by credit card. As you can see, we take all major credit cards. PayPal will also
let you pay through them without having an account which is also very secure
You can send us a personal check, e-check, money order,
cashier’s check, gold, silver, or first born. (We will soon need some more
bodies ourselves due to our success with this program).
Most companies tell you if you send them a personal check
they will wait 10 days for it to clear before they will process. We don’t do
that. When we receive the check you are processed immediately. We are
trustworthy and we assume everyone else is until we are proven wrong.
